Prepare the Package
Place the unused equipment in its original VICIS box, ensuring all protective padding and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the integrity of the returned gear, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
